Hello, My name is Shane Collins, and I along with Tony Napoli we have started a new venture in the hospitality industry. We have bought a restaurant, AMOROSA (formerly Fratelli’s), We have been busy from February 2007 until mid June 2007 bringing our dream alive. We specializes in traditional regional Italian cuisine with pizza, house made pasta, antipasto to name a few.  Our doors were opened to the Community on the 17th of June 2007 and are know 1 year old. We welcome you to drop in for a visit so that I, Shane may introduce myself to the residents of Williamstown and the surrounding communities.
